Landlords Accreditation Scheme

Print E-mail

Written by Admin Tuesday, 26 January 2010 23:41

The National Landlords Association (NLA) Accreditation Scheme, encourages the professional development of landlords and fosters better landlord and tenant relationships.  It is hoped the scheme will promote the private-rented sector.

Rother and Hastings have been chosen as pilot areas.

Accreditation is achieved with a foundation course which can be online or attendance based.  Rother District Council and Hastings Borough Council, working with the NLA, are offering an attendance based foundation course at £45.

For landlords who are not NLA members there will also be a charge of £70 to join the accreditation scheme or alternatively you could become a member of the NLA for £70; the accreditation scheme is then free and you will also be entitled to other membership benefits.

The course will be held on 28 January from 9.30am to 5pm.
