Photo Dog Show – This Photo Dog Show will run throughout 2009, leading to the overall winner being given the title – “St Michael’s Hospice Photo Dog of the Year 2009.”  The competition will be in 4 parts, corresponding to the four seasons. Photo Cat Show – “St Michael’s Hospice Photo Cat Show 2009.” Encourage your cat to compete for the title: ‘Best in Show.’  6 classes:  Most Beautiful Boy, Gorgeous Girl, Cutest Kitten, Golden Oldie, Best of Friends, and In the Spring, £1 per entry.  The competition will be in 4 parts, corresponding to the four seasons.  Part 3 – Summer

Wednesday 2nd September - Afternoon Bingo – Arthur Easton Centre, St Michael’s Hospice, 25 Upper Maze Hill, St Leonards on Sea. 2.00pm – 4.00pm. £3 for 6 books with ten games.  Call - 01424 456396. All proceeds to St Michael’s Hospice. 

Saturday 5th September – Summer Fayre - St Michael’s Hospice, 25 Upper Maze Hill, St Leonards on Sea.  10.30am – 12.00pm.  Entrance 40p (includes Tea/Coffee & Biscuits).  All proceeds to St Michael’s Hospice.

Saturday 5th September – “Looking Back” play a wide variety of popular music and classic chart hits spanning the past five decades. Specialising in excellent vocal harmonies and stunning instrumentals.  Come and dance the night away to live music or just relax and reminisce. Bar & Raffle. 8.30pm – 11.30pm.  Azur at the Marina Pavilion, St Leonards on Sea. Tickets £7.50. Call -  01424 456371/456396/222157.  All proceeds to St Michael’s Hospice.

Thursday 10th September – Tea Dance – Arthur Easton Centre, St Michael’s Hospice,25 Upper Maze Hill, St Leonards on Sea.  2.30 – 5.00pm.  Tickets £2.50 (including refreshments).  All proceeds to St Michael’s Hospice.

Saturday 12th September – Sponsored Dog Walk around Bewl Water.  Walks of 3, 5 or 15 miles around the beautiful Bewl Water Reservoir.  Registration £5 (between 10 11am) at The Bull Inn, Three Leg Cross, Ticehurst, TN35 7HH.  Ploughman’s Lunches/Bar Food available at the Bull Inn where the walk will end.  Please call 01424 456371 for your personalised sponsor form!  In aid of St Michael’s Hospice.
