Accommodation Available: Community Café - capacity up to 50 people seated.  Tables and chairs - formal style.  Power points.  Radio/Cassette/CD.  Suitable for formal business meetings, presentations, social functions etc.  Available 5 days a week from 4pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
Library - capacity up to 15 people.  Tables and chairs - formal and casual style.  Power points.  Suitable for small meetings, 1-1 meetings, interviews etc.  Available 5 days a week, 9am - 9pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Lounge - capacity up to 30 people.  Armchairs and sofas, piano.  Hot and cold drinks station.  Power points.  TV/VCR/DVD, Radio/Cassette/CD.  Suitable for discussion groups, informal meetings, social gatherings etc. Available 5 days a week, 6pm - 9pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Disabled Access: Full wheelchair access to all rooms and corridors and facilities.  Portable loop available on request (not suitable for large groups).  *Parking is on-street.  There are designated disabled bays adjacent to the entrance.
Catering: Our Community Café can provide groups with any level of refreshments or catering from hot and cold drinks to finger buffet or full 3 course meals as required.  Celebration cakes (home-made) can also be supplied.  Please contact the project for more details and prices.  If a group would like the facility to make their own refreshments we can provide kettles and crockery for a minimal cost.
Audio Visual Resources Available: Unfortunately we have no Overhead projector or Powerpoint equipment, groups are welcome to bring their own.  We have a standard TV/VCR/DVD in the lounge and a Radio/Cassette/CD player in the Café and the Lounge.  We have the facility to do photocopying for groups at the following tariff: white A4 2p a sheet, white A3 5p a sheet, coloured A4 5p a sheet.
Cost: Community Café - minimum donation of £20 (catering or additional services costed separately)
Library - minimum donation of £10 (catering or additional services costed separately)
Lounge - minimum donation of £10 (catering or additional services costed separately)
Additional Information: The Project is primarily a sheltered housing scheme for elderly and disabled people and comprises of 40 self contained flats.  The 'Community Floor' is open to the public 7 days a week, 9am - 5pm.  Including a large Reception area, the Community Café, Library, Lounge, toilets, Hair/beauty Salon and staff offices.  Visitors are welcome throughout the community floor but access is restricted in the rest of the project.
