Accommodation Available: Committee Room 1 has 20 seats with various configurations of tables. Committee Room 2 has 12 seats with various configurations of tables. Council Chamber has 32 seats with various configurations of tables, and with seating for an additional 30 people in a theatre style arrangement. These rooms are generally available Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm, subject to council business taking precedence.
Disabled Access: Yes. The disabled access is available through the Information Centre of the premises and to all rooms. There are disabled toilets. Lift to first floor.
NB: We are advised by Fire Department that the Council Chamber and Committee Room 1, being on 1st Floor, should be restricted to one wheelchair user, because of problems using the staircase in case of fire.
Catering: Pot of coffee (10 cups) - £5.00. Pot of tea (10 cups) - £4.00
Audio Visual Resources Available: Multi-media projector, laptop. Overhead projector, projection screen, television/video and flipchart are available. In addition a sound amplification/microphone system is available in the Council Chamber.
Cost: Committee Room 1: £15.00 per hour daytime, £20.00 per hour evening. Committee Room 2: £10.00 per hour daytime, £15.00 per hour evenings. Council Chamber: £20.00 per hour daytime, £30.00 per hour evenings.
Additional Information: Meetings must start no later than 18.00 hrs. Weekdays only, no weekend availability.
