Accommodation Available: There are three meeting rooms: a large room (accommodates 15-20 people) and a smaller room on the ground floor and also an Attic room for 6-8 people (no disabled access). They are available Monday to Friday.
Disabled Access: Yes. The disabled access is available through the main entrance of the premises. There is a disabled toilet. Disabled parking is also available on the forecourt.
Catering: There is the use of a kitchen. Hirers can bring in beverages, or they can be provided on a make-your-own basis at a cost of £0.25p per person.
Audio Visual Resources Available: Overhead projector, Projection screen, Flipchart stand available, flip chart can be provided, PowerPoint projector. Price negotiable.
Cost: Meeting room: Voluntary organisations (HVA Members) - £10.00 per half day, £20.00 per full day, (HVA non Members) - £15.00 per half day, £30.00 per full day. Statutory organisations - £20.00 per half day, £40.00 per full day. Private organisations - £25.00 per half day, £50.00 per full day.
Attic room: Voluntary organisations (HVA Members) - £7.00 per half day, £14.00 per full day, (HVA Non Members) - £12.00 per half day, £24.00 per full day. Statutory organisations - £17.00 per half day, £34.00 per full day. Private organisations - £22.00 per half day, £44.00 per full day. A care-taking charge of £5 extra for evening meetings. Booking form and details sent on request. Viewing by appointment.
Additional Information: Very close to multi-storey car park and train station. On bus route in centre of town.
